Retrieve a public configuration property

Retrieves a public configuration property by its group and property names. Use groupName and propertyName to identify the value you want to retrieve.

Error handling

A 403 is returned when the configuration property is not publicly visible. A 404 is returned when the property identified by the groupName path parameter and propertyName path parameter cannot be found.
