Get a license by SPDX ID

Retrieves the details for a specific license identified by its SPDX License ID. Use licenseId to select the license; the response includes license text, comments, related license groups, and reference URLs when available.

Error handling

A 401 is returned when the request is unauthorized. A 404 is returned when the licenseId path parameter does not identify an existing license.
