Create an LDAP group mapping

Creates a mapping between an LDAP group distinguished name and a team. Supply the dn and team fields in the JSON body; you need the ACCESS_MANAGEMENT or ACCESS_MANAGEMENT_CREATE permission. A successful response includes the mapping's UUID.

2 body fields

JSON details for the LDAP group-to-team mapping. If provided, the body must include both dn and team.

Distinguished name of the LDAP group to map. Must match the allowed-character pattern.
teamstringrequired
UUID of the team to map to the LDAP group, using lowercase hexadecimal characters in the UUID format.

4 status codes
200Returns the created mapping with its distinguished name (`dn`) and mapping UUID.

401Returned when the request is unauthorized.
404Returned when the specified team UUID cannot be found.
409Returned when a mapping with the same team and distinguished name already exists.

Error handling

A 401 is returned when the request is unauthorized, a 404 when the team UUID cannot be found, and a 409 when a mapping with the same team and distinguished name already exists. If you provide a body, it must include dn and team; dn must match the allowed-character pattern, and team must be a lowercase UUID. You need the ACCESS_MANAGEMENT or ACCESS_MANAGEMENT_CREATE permission.
