Create a managed user

Creates a managed user account. Supply username and lastPasswordChange; include any other account details, permissions, or teams you want to set. You need the ACCESS_MANAGEMENT or ACCESS_MANAGEMENT_CREATE permission.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when a required field is missing; username and lastPasswordChange are required. A 401 is returned when you are not authorized. A 409 is returned when a user with the same username already exists.
