Create an OpenID Connect user

Creates a user account that references an existing OpenID Connect user. Supply the required username and add the OIDC subject identifier, email, permissions, or teams as needed. You need the ACCESS_MANAGEMENT or ACCESS_MANAGEMENT_CREATE permission.

OpenID Connect user account data. username is required; the other fields are optional.

201Returns the created OpenID Connect user object, including its username, subject identifier, email, permissions, and teams.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when username is null or blank; username is required and must contain 1 to 255 characters. A 401 is returned when the request is unauthorized. A 409 is returned when a user with the same username already exists.
